Manipal University has no institute in Bangalore. It stands firm in Manipal,Jaipur and Sikkim in India .

Being an Aeronautical student herem in Manipal University, I can tell you, it is 100% sure to get the same course with such a good score. cut off is somewhere around 90 for aeronautical in Manipal University.
Getting a scholorship is a bit difficult with this score, but seat can be confirmed in the first round itself.

The eligibility is:-
Duration: 3 years divided into 6 semesters. Citizenship: Indian nationals. Qualification: Pass in 10+2, A Level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. ADMISSIONS
General Category: Admissions are done on the basis of candidates scoring minimum qualifying marks in the All India Manipal Entrance Test (MET)2018. Foreign/NRI Category: Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination

No chance of aeronautical with this score even in the last round. You have to score atleast 115+ to get these branches by the last round. Hope this helps :). .
