Hello there,
Admission procedure for B.Arch is as follows:
General Admissions: Admissions are done on the basis of the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (CoA) [subject to the guidelines issued by Council of Architecture].
Note: Candidates must submit their application on or before the last date and arrange to send the photocopy of their 10+2/Diploma marks card and NATA score card so as to reach us on or before 10.06.2018. The application number must be written on the top right corner of the photocopy.

You are very likely to get mechanical, electrical and other sister branch in any round of counselling.

There are very good chances of getting admission in your favorite branch, and after 2 or 3 round of counselling, it is very likely that you can get into it.

It is a bit hard to say, but may be there can be chances in 4 or 5 round of counselling, if luck favors you. Best of Luck.

That is completely uncertain. According to me, you should appear for the counselling, as you will get to know the condition.
