For B.Tech, candidates have to possess a TS EAMCET rank and the cutoff ranks vary from 25000 to 50000 according to the stream. For admission into M.Tech programs one need to produce GATE or TS PGECET scores. The university admits about 600 first-year students in a year and a raw score obtained after writing the test and assessment of other qualification documents applicants

Admission related policies regarding the B.E./B.Tech programme at Indur Institute of Engineering and Technology are solely on marks scored in the TS EAMCET (Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Common Entrance Test). TS EAMCET rank is essential for admission process and only a valid rank will be accepted. Furthermore, the candidates need to have passed the 10+2 examination with pre and post-CET with at least 45 % marks (40 % for reserved categories) with PCM/C as compulsory subjects.
