Although ASM Institute of Professional Studies, Pune was established before NBN Singhbad Technical Institute, Pune both universities are equally good. CCS university provides the courses like undergraduation and postgraduation but not the diploma courses. So please check your question and repost this with more details. I have also verified this with the sources available on our shiksha platform and confirmed that their is no course in this college which is Diploma in nature. So please re check your question.
