I found a document on the official website of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University (SVSU) that lists the initial reservation of seats for the admission last 5 years. However, I couldn't find any information on whether there are seat reservations at SVSU for the current academic year. You can contact the university directly to get more information on this topic.

As per the UGC guidelines, you can pursue two or more degrees simultaneously but from different universities. Swami Vivekanand Subharti University has all the mandatory recognitions for distance learning so you will get a globally valid degree. However, I would suggest you to contact the university directly to get more information on this topic.
