Yes, it is very good especially the main branch that is Chennai branch. It is very good in terms of faculty, infrastructure and placements. Overall it is an excellent college but it is quite expensive. So in that case only it will be avoided by middle class families. All other branches of SRM has high fees but they lack in placements and faculty and infrastructure. One should go to SRM, Chennai only it is very good.

With 48% in BA, it is really very difficult to get admission in any college of MBA. You need to score at least 55% in your bachelors to get the right college. Since you have scored, 48% in BA, it's actually college's discretion that if they give you the chance or not (chances are high for distance MBA). It would be better if you ask the college administration directly for this eligibility criteria.

I completed PGDM in Finance. The placement was excellent. I was in the 5th trimester when I got the placement. It was a wonderful experience with MSM.

The admissions for this year are closed now. For the next year, the dates are yet to be announced.

It's an average university with not so good placements. I would recommend you to join a better university.
