IIMT University is generally considered more expensive than Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU) in Meerut. Hostel fee is one of the components of CCSU total fee. Below are the details for CCSU hostel fee:Hostel fee includes INR 3,800 per annum, INR 2,000 refundable security, mess charges, mess security. (The fee mentioned here was applicable for the session 2021-22, therefore it may be revised for 2022-23).Admission in a programme does not assure the accommodation in a hostel. Hostel accommodation will be provided as per rules and regulations and against the availability of seats.Note: The above fee is valid for BTech, MCA, MBA, BBA, MBA-HA, BBA-HA students.

Candidates who have passed the class 12/intermediate exam or equivalent with the relevant subjects and required aggregate become eligible to apply. Eligible students can further fill out the online application form on CCSU official website (ccsuniversity.ac.in). After the conclusion of the application process, the university selects students based on scores in the last qualifying exam and allot seats.

The minimum eligibilibility requirement is a class 12 or equivalent exam pass. Further, for BSc in Chemistry, a candidate shall be a Class 12/ intermediate pass with PCM or PCB from any recognised board. For Computer Science specialisation, the candidate shall be a Class 12/ intermediate exam pass with at least 60% aggregate (55% aggregate for SC/ ST). For admission to BSc in Food Microbiology, Safety & Quality Control, the aspirant shall have studied Class 12 with Biology/ Agriculture subjects and passed with at least 33% aggregate (28% aggregate for SC/ ST).

The university offers BSc in one specialisation, which is in Food Microbiology, Safety & Quality Control. In addition, BSc (Hons) is offered in two specialisations, namely Computer Science & Chemistry.
