There are theory and practical exams held at Vidyasagar University. To clear the Vidyasagar University semester exams, students must pass in both practical as well as theory exams. If a student fails in any one of the subjects, he/she will surely have to reappear for the exam. If a student gets admission, he/she must attend a minimum of 75% of the total classes held in all the semesters so as to become eligible to fill out the examination form.
