National Institute of Technology Mizoram has vibrant campus life with nice ambience. The campus has an evergreen natural view and climate scenes. The institute has top-notch infrastructure with advanced facilitates with all the necessary amenities for the students. The institute has well-lit classrooms, training centers, auditoriums, and a dedicated placement cell enabling students to get a hold of everything inside the campus. 

NIT Mizoram has a sanction of around 200 seats for admission in BTech programme. For admission at MTec, NIT Mizoram offers 50 seats with five specialisations and 2 years of course duration. The Institute also offers PhD in various specialisations along side the UG and PG level programmes. 

NIT Mizoram admissions is entrance-based. For admission to its BTech programme National Institute of Technology Mizoram accepts the JEE Main scores followed by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling. For admission at MTech programmes, NIT Mizoram accepts the GATE scores, respectively. After qualifying for the respective entrance exams, interested candidates must apply for the relevant counselling sessions such as JoSAA, CCMT, and others to gain admission.
