The hostel fees of Rayat-Bahra University is Rs93000/year. 3 seater rooms are provided. The rooms are nicely ventilated (non AC). Attached washroom and balcony with each room. A Bed study table and personal almirah provided in each room. Free Wi-Fi and gym are available in hostel.

Let's not compare the two, both universities are good in their respective fields. But as a student of LPU I would like to say that LPU is the best because in India LPU is one of the best private universities. You can do an MBA, but not any of the Science programs you mentioned. Science is a very specialised current. A humanities scholar wouldn't be able to do much with it, so this jump is not allowed.
