The Universal AI University MBA programme has the following admission criteria:Any candidate with 50% in their bachelor's degree from a recognised University is eligible for admission. The reserved category candidates may require at least 45% of the marks. Notably, CAT, XAT, MAT and GMAT (with a score of 500 or above), or its own test is compulsory, and the percentile standard range of the minimum cut-off is set at roughly 70- 75.

MBA programme in Universal AI University usually prepares a benchmark of cutoff in different entrance examinations. Applicants need to have the CAT / XAT percentile between 70 – 75 % and a minimum percentile of 75 % for the MAT. GMAT scores of 500 and above are also considered for the above candidates. Also, the university does offer its entrance test, and it is customary to achieve at least a 60 percent score. The entrance exam, school credential, and group interview results are taken into consideration when making the last final decisions for admission.

Throughout the year, the average package provided by Universal AI University is for B.Tech around INR 4-6 LPA while the best offers are in the range of INR 10-12 LPA based on AI and tech positions mainly.

In addition to JEE Main preparations, the university uses scores from other state level exams like MHT CET for students who write it from Maharashtra. Apart from that, it delivers the UAIEE (Universal AI Entrance Exam) to students who may not have JEE or CET scores.
