The Xavier Institute of Management and Research (XIMR), Mumbai has a comparatively reasonable fee structure for its Master of Management Studies (MMS) programme than most of the management institutes. The full tuition fee for the entire two years of the MMS course is around INR 1.27 lakhs. This fee covers tuition and other expenses like administrative and infrastructure ones. To sum up, although XIMR is regarded as a management studies institute of repute, the cost incurred is in the lower range of expenses charged by most private management schools making it affordable to a good number of students.

To be admitted to Universal AI University's B.A. programs, candidates must first meet the university's academic requirements and then complete the admissions process. If applying through an Indian board, prospective students must have scored at least 65% on both their Class 10 and 12 exams. The admissions procedure also includes taking the university's UBSAT test and doing a personal interview; however, individuals who submit SAT or ACT results may be excluded from the UBSAT. In addition, applicants must provide a statement of purpose, extracurricular certifications, and letters of reference to boost their applications.
