There are several steps included in the seat allotment procedure for the BLS LLB programme. After the attempt of MH CET, the result for the same is declared, and the counselling procedure begins. Candidates must apply for online registration and fill in the choice of colleges they are interested in while they are counselled. The seat allotment is strictly merit-based, wherein allotment of seats is done based on the ranks obtained in MH CET along with the order of preference exercised by the students. After seat allotment, candidates must undergo a physical verification of documents and settle the stipulated fees for admission.

The applicant applying to the GLC Mumbai, must have passed the Class 12 examination from any recognised board with at least an aggregate score of 45%. Apart from that, the applicant needs to qualify in the entrance test, that is MHCET Law, in order to get admitted. There is no age limit mentioned for the applicants. Candidates, after appearing for the entrance exam, have to proceed with the counselling, wherein they are screened as per their merits. Once the documents are verified and the admission fee is paid, the admission committee confirm the seat for the BLS LLB programme.
