Arena Animation, Geeta Bhawan Square shortlists candidates for cerificate courses based on their merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants must complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for any of the certificate course. Once the eligibility of the candidate is confirmed, institute sends the offer letter or admission confirmation.

Arena Animation, Geeta Bhawan Square has not specified the deadline for filling the application form. However, candidates are advised to apply as soon as possible to avoid missing out the chance. Once the application form is received, the institute evaluates the eligibility of the candidate for admission.

VUSAT exam will be conducted soon after the registration process is over. Candidates will be able to select the exam slot and date. Vijaybhoomi University does not announce the VUSAT exam date officialy.

Due to the safety amid the pandemic, St. Xavier's College had conducted the BMS entrance exam from home in a video proctored mode. Candidates who did not have a laptop/desktop can even appear for the exam via a smartphone. However, since the things have now went back to normal, Xavier's entrance test for BCom (Management Studies) admissions and BA MCJ admissions will be held from the test centres only.

Xaviers BMS entrance exam is conducted from test centre. Therefore, candidates will be allotted a computer system at the centre to take the exam. In some of the previous exam sesssions, St. Xavier's College had conducted the BMS entrance exam from home in a video proctored mode, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Candidates who did not have a laptop/desktop can even appear for the exam via a smartphone. With the test from centre, XET is administered over the computer systems available at the test centre.
