Indeed, Mumbai University offers a BTech program. More than 60 associated colleges provide four-year BE or BTech programs offered by the University of Mumbai. There are eighteen specializations available for the course. The majority of MU's BE and BTech colleges' admissions are contingent upon having a valid MHT-CET score. Nonetheless, a handful of Mumbai University-affiliated colleges also recognize a legitimate JEE Main rank.

No for MBA hospital management minimum qualification is graduation. For integrated MBA you can go with basic of your 12th marks but as per my limited knowledge the specialization you asked is not there in the integrated option so better complete your graduation first.

Instead of doing MBA I will suggest you for Msc Nursing but if you still interested for MBA go with MBA in hospital administration specialization, MHA (Master in hospital administration) or MPH (Master in public health) suitable for your background. These courses are job oriented in both Govt. & private sector.

The official cut-offs for VJTI Mumbai's M.Tech programme in 2023 aren't available yet. You'll need a minimum of 50% marks in your Bachelor's degree  from a recognised AICTE institution. VJTI Mumbai considers GATE scores for M.Tech admissions. The exact minimum score required depends on the specific programme and your category.
