Admissions to all courses at JSS College of Pharmacy are open. Applications are accepted via the college's official website. No, there is no engineering course in this college. It provide all other science, art. Business and administration course except engineering course.However it have B.Sc in electronics and computer science.

Candidates need to pass bachelor’s degree of minimum three-years duration with at least 50% aggregate to apply for JSS Academy of Higher Education MBA. There is 10% relaxation in the aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates. 70% of MBA seats are filled based on merit in the last qualifying exam. 15% seats are reserved for institutional preference.
