Hello Manoj,
To get admission in any good and reputed B-School, you need to appear for one or the other MBA entrance exam. So you have to appear for them. The next important and upcoming exam is NMAT (starting from October first week).

MCA and MBA cannot be compared as they are very two different courses providing two different lines of careers. But an MBA degree will always be useful if you are already strong in your technical abilities and MBA degree would help you to earn a higher position in companies.
