The minimum cutoff for admission to NIIT University depends on various factors and may vary from year to year. However, the university has set some eligibility criteria for different courses. For BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, a candidate must score a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent in Class 10 in five subjects (compulsory subjects)  For admission to BTech, a candidate must have scored ≥ Grade 4 in IB Board or minimum Grade C in Cambridge IGCSE Board or have a valid JEE Main/ BITSAT/ SAT/ NEET/Any State Entrance Exam score.
