The English Proficiency exam accepted by Manipal College of Medical Science is only IELTS. The eligibility criteria is to have 50% marks in the class 12 examination with a minimum of 50% marks in PCB. 45% is required if the candidate is SC/ST or OBC. The candidate should be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December of the admission year.

The most preffered course by Indian students at Manipal College of Medical Science is the MBBS course.The college provides a four-and-a-half-years MBBS degree programme in all the preclinical subjects and selected clinical subjects.On sucessfully completing the MBBS course the students will undergo a 1 year compulsory residential rotating internship. No, it is not that hard to get admission at Manipal College of Medical Science. The english proficiency score required is of IELTS and that too is not mandatory. The requirements of 12th grade are 50% marks.
