For this you need a good college but they also need 50-60% in 12th but there is a option you can go for any course like B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech etc and just focus on one programming language, by focusing you can get an opportunity. Google, Facebook and some other companies provide online programming competition, you can also go fo this.
