1. Both the colleges are good and almost of the same level.
2. PESIT has advantage of being in Bangalore but, JIIT is even not disadvantaged as it is in Noida which has many IT companies there.
3. If you would be living in hostel in both the places then JIIT would be bit cheaper relatively.
4. ROI is good in both the colleges as placements are good. As both the colleges are almost of the same range so branch should be the one factor you should take your final decision on. Therefore, JIIT CSE would be better option just because of the branch you are getting.

There are in total of 15 batches of CSE out of which 12 of them are of B.Tech CSE and rest of them are of integrated CSE. Each batch consists of 30 Students. So in total 15 X 30 = 450 students of CSE. The strength is super high and you will meet people from different diversity.

CGPA is calculated on the basis of the relative marks of a student. If you have scored more than average students then your grade will be more than that of others irrespective of your marks. Similarly, if you have scored less than others then your grade will be less than others no matter even if you have scored 18 out of 20.

The placement rates of the college are not that bad for CSE students. Almost 100% of the students get placed each year. In case of recession, then yes, getting placement becomes a little tough but college does its best to place each and every student. For other departments, like ECE and Biotech, companies do come but they expect you to have knowledge of computer as well.

The college life in JIIT is not that good because of few reasons like:
1. No sports facility: Grounds for Football and Cricket are not there. Basketball Court and Badminton Courts are available but the area of them are small.
2. Fest and Events: Fest and Events are not organized on yearly basis. That means that you might have the possibly that you will spend your whole 4 years without being able to attend a single fest organized by your college.
3. Quality of Mess food: Food quality provided in mess is not up to the mark. In a week, 80% of the time you will end up having food, tastes bad.
4. Cafeteria: The area of the cafeteria is also

I will suggest you that opt for Computer Science Engineering at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology as the placement in this course is pretty decent. Moreover, the faculty of Computer Science is better than that of other colleges.
