I have 2015 cutoffs 2016 and 2017 cutoffs are not available. So, 2015 cutoffs are as per branch. Applied Electronics and Instrumentation - General Opening Rank - 166231 and Closing Rank (General) - 1177427
CSE - Opening Rank ( General ) - 171906 and Closing Rank ( General ) - 495624
EEE - Opening Rank ( General ) - 190012 and Closing Rank - 525566

Yes, you can get a seat in VSSUT happily. By looking at last year stats i.e. 2017, girls having ranks of 2lakhs in JEE mains have got mechanical engineering branch in VSSUT, so it might not be difficult for you to get a seat in VSSUT, as you have secured a good rank.

No, with a rank of above 4 lakhs, you chances of getting a seat in VSSUT are nearly nil. For getting a seat in VSSUT, you have to keep a rank in JEE Mains within 3 lakhs.

Yes, you can but only if you secure a good rank in JEE then only you can get admission in VSSUT, as it takes applicants through JEE and OJEE-Diploma for lateral entry.

I would rather suggest you to go for Piloo Mody as in architecture it is one of the best colleges in Odisha.

Yes, you can happily get a seat in VSSUT, not in CSE but may be in mechanical, electrical in which you have 60% chances, and rest branches i.e. civil, etc. with 100% guarantee.
