There is no denying that IIT Dhanbad and IIT Bhubneshwar have different benefits to offer. In terms of academic excellence and overall repute, IIT Dhanbad- ranked 12th - outperforms IIT Bhubneshwar - ranked 22nd. Yes, you can take admission to IGIT Sarangana with 68% in JEE Mains. The expected IGIT Sarang cutoff for the 2024 academic year is 123275 - 123285 for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) branch, and 243890 - 243900 for Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering which can estimated to 60-70 percentile range in JEE Main 2024. But this is only estimated cut-off not exact cut-off. I hope it will help.

Definitely as a government college the placements in CET Bhubaneswar are good. In CET you can get offers from big companies like Asian paints, Vedanta Aluminium Limited, etc. and also from mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra.
