Yes, you can get direct admission at XIMB for MBA through management quota. The fees for MBA at  XIMB is inr 19.30 Lacs for the entire course.To know more about the institute, refer to Shiksha or the official website of the institute.

The rankings of IIT Bhubaneswar and NIT Rourkela are different. NIT Rourkela is ranked 16th in the engineering college and IIT Bhubaneswar is ranked 47th according to NIRF ranking. and NIT Rourkella come among top 50 college in the country while IIT Bhubneshawar come among 20 indias top engineering college. The package offered by IIt is more than NIT as IIT Bhubnaeshwar has average  package of INR 17 LPA and the average package offered by NITRourkela is INR 15 LPA.So, IIT Bhubaneshwar is better choice as compared to NIT Rourkela due to placement opportunity and ranking of the college.

No, it is not possible to take admission in the MCA programme at Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar without qualifying in the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE). The eligibility criteria explicitly require candidates to have passed the OJEE for admission into the MCA course. You must check the full eligibility criteria before applying for admission.
