Admission to the BA LLB programme at XIM University is a multi-stage process. First of all, eligibility criteria are checked online. After which, if the candidate satisfies all the eligibility criteria, then they are also expected to take one of the entrance tests accepted by colleges, which in this case is CLAT. After the attainment of valid test scores, they can check on the university websites for rounds of counselling. Here, an application form submission and making payment to the application fee are also required. Subsequent rounds of counselling are provided in the seats under the admission guidelines. Students selected in these rounds pay course fees to confirm their admissions.

Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, offers various scholarship schemes for MBA that accommodate some meritorious students as well as economically weaker students in their undergraduate studies. On admission, a candidate will be granted a 50% course/tuition fee remission in case of an aggregate of 90% or more in Class 12, which will continue if they maintain at least an 8.0 CGPA for each subsequent year. Besides all this, the university also offers meritorious scholarships to the topper of each undergraduate course who, at the end of the academic year, gets a 50% waiver for courses/tuition fees. However, these scholarships are only given to undergraduates, and neither of these scholarship lists provides an MBA-specific scholarship offered by Xavier University Bhubaneswar.
