No doubt, Thapar is far better than Chitkara. If you are really interested in electrical engineering. Then you should opt for Thapar. You have to decide in which field you want to build your career.

All of the above-mentioned colleges are excellent. There are different parameters for ranking. One is good for placements while another for curriculum.
