You can clearly mention that gap year is because of upgrade of Institute by reappearing in JEE. All reasonable recuiters will condone this gap year in HR round of interview.

There are very fewer chances of you getting admission in the university, but you can still try your luck once.

You can apply for a scholarship. Government colleges like NIFT and NID have reasonable fee structure and offer scholarships to deserving students. You can try talking to your college and get help in getting a loan.
