Undoubtedly PMCH, though CNMC is considered as one of the top government colleges in WB. It's infrastructure for studies is very poor according to recent MCI reports. There were even controversies as MCI threatened to lower the seats for MBBS this year due to poor infrastructure.

I think you need to score minimum 60 percent marks in class 12th to opt for the medical field. As per your NEET score, you can apply for private colleges, because I have heard that the cut-off for MBBS is 145 for open and 118 for SC category candidates.

It totally depends upon your interest and the field in which you want to make your future. If you are interested in computers and things related to information technology, go for BCA and if you are interested in business studies, then BBA is the best option.
