Patna University BA admission start after Class 12 exams of recognised boards end. Candidates who want to apply for admission at the university can apply after they have given their Class 12 exams. There are no additional entrance exams necessary for admission into the programme, once Class 12 results are out candidates are provided with provisional admission at the university. If a candidate has a minimum aggregate of 45% in Class 12 then they are eligible for admission in Patna University BA programme. Candidates are selected on the basis of the merit secured in their Class 12 exam. Patna University provides BA admission in its main campus as well as through multiple affiliated colleges. In addition to that Patna University has multiple affiliated colleges that provide admission in the BA programme. Therefore, candidates taking admission into the university or any affiliated college will be eligible for admission if they have secured atleast 45% in their Class 12.
