Entry requirements are different from university to university. Typically, to pursue MDS, you must hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Degree and must be a Licensed Dental Practitioner. You must also obtain a eligibility letter from the Dental Council of India and pass the screening test to start practice in India. it will cost around 12 lacks to 25 lacs depending on the university.

Usually for loan to study MBBS abroad, in countries like Philippines, Russia etc. financial institutions look for mortgage against the loan amount and suitable income of your parents or any guardian who can pay the loan emi's on time.
Besides this, in Philippines, you should consider other universities like Manila Central which are excellent for pursuing medical studies.

The university has been blacklisted by CHED and cannot admit foreign students. You should probably look for other university or country options. The notification is also displayed on their website, take a look
