Yes, BITS Pilani offers ME programmes for BE graduates. But for that, you need to clear an entrance exam conducted for higher degree programmes.

After completing your 12th VIT will be best if you are considering affordable fee since VIT, BITS and MIT are of same standard but the fee structure of VIT is affordable as compared to VIT. There also if your rank is under 10000 or else BITS is the best college.

You can look for JP, Noida. I am not sure if they provide B.Tech in automobile or not but yes, they provide lateral entry so you can check that. There are many other colleges in Delhi-NCR providing lateral entry.

Usually score in the BITSAT exam is considered for admission. But board toppers of every state usually make it to BITS directly. But you have to score 75 % aggregate in maths / biology, physics, chemistry with at least 60 % in above mentioned subjects.

Hi,
Yes, you can get a seat but you cannot get Pilani campus and there are low chances to get Goa campus but surely you can get the Hyderabad campus as per last year cut off marks.

Means if you have got chemical engineering, you can choose CSE, electrical and mechanical engineering as your electives. So that you will be studying all these subjects which will make you a person with a single degree but having knowledge of 4 branches of engineering. In campus placements they look for your electives.
