Hello Keerthi!
There are total 5 rounds of counseling. But mostly which stream you will get, it becomes clear after 2nd round. Because always each student fills his choice in 1st round and after the declaration of first round they ask for deposit of admission fee for 1st sem, where most of the students back off (many of them have got admission in good IITs). So, in 2nd round, only those who submit the admission fee, get the courses (specially the interested ones). After the declaration of 2nd round's result you are further asked to submit the mess bills in advance and those who submit, gets their name in 3rd round.

Hello Jayanth,
When you talk about Cambridge, it means you are going to one of the finest universities in the world. There is no set cut-off, as a Cambridge applicant, you are expected to have nothing less than 75% with an excellent foundation in mathematics. You must also take the IELTS, normally, a minimum overall grade of 7.5, usually with 7.0 or above in each element is required for Cambridge. Applications will be submitted through UCAS hence check the UCAS portal. I will also advise you to check the university website for details.

It's more about opportunities rather than advantages that you will get here at BITS Pilani.
Some of them include:
1. The people you will be around, they all will be good at one thing or the other. You will be able to learn a lot of things and by lot I mean a whole lots things.
2. Many companies will be there for the placement including some of the top notch like Microsoft, NVidia. But you got to have that what they are searching for, if you want to work with such giants.
3. The development of you is one major aspect. You will be seeing a tremendous difference in yourself in those 4 years of yours. It's just not building a good CV/resume b

IITs are the best and especially for CSE, IIT-Bombay is the best. After that you can consider BITS, Pilani. BITS, Pilani is better than all other private universities in India and so, if you don't get any IIT then you can go for BITs.

Hi,
I don't think there is a management quota at BITS Pilani. They admit only those who score above 300 in their entrance exam called BITSAT.
There is another chance that if you are a board topper you can get direct admission irrespective of your BITSAT score.
You can try for BITS Pilani, Dubai campus. There you can get admission with only the board exams. They don't conduct any entrance exams. But your BITSAT score is considered for scholarship.
If you have scored 60% in your boards, you are eligible for admission. But the fee structure is around 15 lakhs per annum.
The website for Dubai campus is www.bits-pilani.ac.in/dubai
