You should go for BITS as the placement for CSE is really very good.

Both of the 2 are good but between the two, BITS Pilani is well.

I would suggest UEM Jaiput which is best suit for you as it has good hostel facility with the best infrastructure and placement assistance.

Firstly, admission is available only if you have passed your 12th from Bihar. Information about opening and closing ranks of OBC is not available. However, it's learnt that in some cases it was higher than general category. For general category, it varies from 6000 to 35000.
