The admission at BITS Pilani is done on basis of pure Merit. There are no reservations or lateral entries. Also the admissions are done only into First Year. There is no provision for admission into second year or any kind of transfer from other institute.

It depends on marks that you obtain in Diploma. If you have more then 95% marks, only then you may get admission. Direct in second year admission for Diploma student.

Your 12th marks is very less than required marks. So, I don't think there is any chance of getting admission on basis of this marks. Good luck.
