The  Symbiosis Law School Pune has been ranked 5th by NIRF 2024. The school is among the reputed Law institute in India. Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune is a Symbiosis International University (SIU) constituent. The Law school is approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI). It was awarded the ‘Best College’ amongst the top 3 in virtual ‘IPTSE awards and IPTE Conclave’. SLS Pune is ranked 5 for Law in the NIRF 2024 ranking. India Today ranked SLS Pune at 1 under the ‘Top 10 Private Law Colleges in India’ category. The Law school offers 15 courses at UG, PG, diploma, certificate and PhD level across four streams.

Symbiosis Law School (SLS) Pune, is known for its innovative and creative way of teaching and apart from its level of education, its also known for its scholarship programmes and financial assistance which helps the students get enrolled whilst they may have some monetary issues. The UG and PG scholarships are given to meritorious students who have shown excellent workmanship and performance in their fields and the number of scholarships in each case is one with 50% of academic fees being taken off the original amount. There are provisions for Special case scholarship provisions, for example in 2014 Kashmiri flood victims who applied where provided with 100% fee waiver. To apply for the BA LLB (Hons) in Symbiosis Law School Pune candidates completes the applicatin process of  application process for SLAT 2025. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually for Symbiosis Law School Pune BA LLB admission. To complete the application process, candidates have to register for SLAT 2025, pay the application fee, and proceed with the part two of the application form. Next, in part two of the SLAT application process 2025, they need to select a law course among BA LLB (Hons.) BBA LLB (Hons.), BA LLB and BBA LLB, and the preferred SLS to complete the SLAT application form 2025. 

As per the admission guidelines of Symbiosis Law School Pune 2025, admission to the BA LLB course is subject to a valid scores in the SLAT 2025 exam. Students who want to pursue a BA LLB at SLS Pune for the academic year 2025 must participate in the SLAT 2025 exam. Symbiosis International (Deemed University) conducts SLAT annually for Symbiosis Law School Pune BA LLB admission. The exam shall be held in computer-based test mode. Other than the exam score, candidates must also qualify for the BA LLB eligibility criteria: Class 12 or equivalent examination from any recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks or equivalent grade (40% marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes).
