Army Institute of Technology has secured rankings in different categories according to several important national ranking organisations, namely NIRF, Outlook, India Today, etc. Army Institute of Technology has maintained good ranks over the years and is ranked  201-300 in the 'Engineering' category by the NIRF ranking 2024. The Army Institute of Technology was ranked 158th in engineering category by NIRF 2023 rankings

The total fee comprises exam fees such as INR 2000, tuition, and other fees. Army Institute of Technology fee structure of M.Tech will be around INR 2.27 lakhs, in the first-year students need to pay INR 1.21 Lacs including tuition fee and other fees also the 2 and year fee will be approximately INR 1.06 Lacs as tuition fee.
