Yes, you can easily get admission in Modi college with 70.2% as there are admission batches like if admission starts on 1-8-21 to 5-8-21 then students who have 90% + will get admission on the first day and students who have 80%+ will get admission on 2-8-21 like these % wise batches college will call you according to you %. But I will suggest you go to college on the first date of admission as there are chances to get admission on the 1st also.

NIT Jalandhar is difficult to get at this percentile. You can try out for TIET, SBSSTC and BCET etc.
