No doubt that IIT are always better institutions than any other engineering colleges. They provide you the best environment for study and research. Our Indian government also focus on these IITs in order to make them centre of excellence and promote research activities there.
So according to me IIT Ropar should be prefered.

NIT Trichy is the best for CSE. They are mostly the CSE students who bag the highest packages.

Admission is through counselling based on the rank obtained in Entrance test conducted by the Army Welfare Education Society.
For candidates applying for Punjab resident civil category seats admissions is based on the marks obtained in 10+2.

Hello Aarti, according to different ranking IIT, Ropar being the IIT is much better than the other in terms of good placement, impressive curriculum, good faculty members etc for CSE branch. Hence you should go for it. Best of luck.

You have to appear CUCET 2018 exam. The exam contains a total of 100 multiple choice question that candidate need to complete in 2 hours duration. Each paper is divided in two parts - A and B.
However, part B may be further divided into sections (depending on the course a candidate is applying for). Each section of part B can have 25 or more questions.
Part A consist questions of English language, general awareness, mathematical aptitude and analytical skills having 25 questions of 25 marks, part B consist questions of domain knowledge having 75 questions of 75 marks each.

IIT Guwahati is better as it is one of the old IITs and it enjoys better placements, academics, culture, campus life, etc.

Seat allotment of SLIET will be done on the behalf of merit list. Candidate will have the option to withdraw from the SLIET counselling. Some important things that candidate must know to appear for SLIET SET Seat Allotment Process 2018. Phase 1, Phase 2 of counselling procedure will soon begin. Check out the admission process and fee structure of it. So, that you will make sure of getting admission accordingly.
