Total Semester tuition fee for B.Tech Biotechnology is INR 1,50,900 and development fee & other charges are INR 68,000, making the total semester fee INR 2,18,900.To take admission at Thapar University, a candidate must have passed the Class 12th or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in an aggregate of three subjects, namely, physics, chemistry, and biology. And the admission is based on the candidate’s performance in the NEET examination, followed by a counselling process. 50% of the seats will be filled based on NEET scores, and the remaining 50% will be filled based on merit of marks obtained in Class 12th or equivalent examination in aggregate of three subjects.
