Candidates willing to secure admission to the MSc course offered by NIPER Hyderabad are required to appear for the NIPER JEE entrance exam. Apart from NIPER JEE, the candidates can also appear for GATE or GPAT entrance exam to secure seat at NIPER Hyderabad MSc. The total seat intake for the programme is 20 and the course is offered in specialisation with Medicinal Chemistry. Along with appearing for the relevant entrance exam, candidates are also required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the course which is a graduate in BPharm/ MSc (organic chemistry) with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

NIPER Hyderabad offers MBA in Pharmaceutical Management which is a two year, full time, postgraduate level course. In total there are 30 seats offered by the college for this course. Admission to th e NIPER Hyderabad MBA course is based on the scores obtained in the exams such as GATE, NIPER JEE, TSICET and GPAT and, along with valid scores in entrance exam, an undergraduate degree with 50% aggregate is also required. The tuition fees for complete course is INR 4.07 Lacs and apart from it, students will also have to pay one time admission fee of INR 3.6K. The median salary offered after MBA from NIPER Hyderabad is INR 8.85 LPA.

The admission to all the four courses (MTech/ ME., MPharm, MBA/PGDM, MSc) is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exams accepted by the college. For MTech, MPharm and MSc, the exams accepted are GATE, GPAT AND NIPER JEE. For MBA, the college accepts valid scores in TSICET, GPAT, GATE AND NIPER JEE. The minimum eligibility criteria required to apply for admission to any of the NIPER Hyderabad courses is graduation in relevant stream with a minimum 50% aggregate. Candidates who meet the eligibility must fill out the application form available on the official website, before the deadline.

NIPER Hyderbad is amongst the top ranked colleges by NIRF. The college offers four courses at postgraduate levels and they are MPharma, ME/MTech, MBA/PGDM and MSc. Admission to these courses is based on the scores obtained in the exams accepted by the college and they are mainly GATE, GPAT, NIPER JEE for MPharma, ME/MTech and MSc. No, in case the student does not join the programme after paying the fees, the amount will not be refunded except for the security deposit amount. The students who withdraw their admission after joining the course are required to return the entire fellowship received.
