NIT Agartala and NIT Raipur both accept NIMCET entrance scores for admission to the MCA course. However, NIT Raipur is more competitive than Agartala in terms of the NIMCET cutoff. The Round 2 cutoff for NIT Raipur stood at 732 in 2024 for the General AI category students. While for NIT Agartala, the round 2 cutoff was 781 in 2024. Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur has an Anti-Ragging Cell. The university premises has strict laws against the student found guilty of any act such as abusing, assaulting, threatening, teasing and embarrassment to new students, among others. Hence, the freshers will never meet with this problem while studying in this university.

Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University Raipur BEd fee structure is INR 60K - INR 63K. The fee structure inculdes tuition fee for the programme. The hostel and mess fess is not inculded in the fee structure. Aspiring candidates must qualify the Class 12 from the recognised board.
