Rajasthan University of Health Sciences offers courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels. The programmes are offered in multiple streams such as Medicine, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, Nursing, Dentistry, etc. at campus and via affiliated colleges. MBBS, BPharm and BSc are the popular courses of RUHS. Admission to most of the programmes is based on university or national-level entrance exams.

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences usually opens application for BPharm in the last week of August. The application continues till third week of September. The mode of application is online. Candidates fulfiling the eligibility requirements can apply for BPharm on the university website.

The total tuition fee for Rajasthan University of Health Sciences BPharm course ranges between INR 1.8 lakh and INR 13.4 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. The total fee of BPharm is a sum of caution deposit, tuition, hostel fee, etc. Besides, candidates also need to pay a registration fee of INR 1,800 in the start to apply for BPharm.

Rajasthan University of Health Sciences selects candidates for BPharm based on their score in admission test conducted by the university. The university conducts a computer-based admission test in Jaipur. The test includes 100 objective-type questions with 50 questions of Physics and 50 of Chemistry. The final selection is based on admission test and choice-filling by the candidate.

There are a total of 9280 seats in BSc Nursing course at RUHS and its affiliated colleges. Out of the total intake, 85% of the total seats are filled up by the Bonafide candidates of Rajasthan, and 15% of the total seats are filled up by the candidates on all India basis inclusive of Rajasthan as per State Government guidelines. The percentage of female candidates shall not fall below 50% of the total seats in all categories.

Aspirants need to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) to apply for RUHS BSc Nursing programme. A candidate must have completed the age of 17 years but not completed 28 years in case of females and 25 years in case of males on or before December 31 of the admission year.

Yes, Rajasthan University of Health Sciences offers a three-year BSc Medical Lab Technology divided into six semesters. Additionally, the university also offers a four-year BSc Nursing programme at the UG level. Aspirants have to complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology to apply for the BSc MLT course.

Admission to RUHS MBBS programme is based on NEET-UG score. The NEET 2024 closing cutoff for General category was 7497. The cutoff was 22,881 in 2023 and 11033 in 2022 showing a fluctuating trend. Candidates have to score equal or above the NEET cutoff for admission to MBBS programme.

Candidates need to pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English subjects with at least 50% aggregate to apply for Rajasthan University of Health Sciences MBBS programme. There is a 5% relaxation in the aggregate for General PwD and 10% for reserved category candidates. Candidates must have attained the age of 17 years at the time of admission or will attain the same by December 31 of the admission year, or the last date of the year.

There are a total of 4,130 seats in MBBS course of RUHS. The seats are distributed among the 27 affiliated/ constitutent colleges. Candidates are offered seat in MBBS programme based on NEET-UG score. Selected aspirants have to participate in Rajasthan NEET Counselling for seat allotment.
