MNIT Jaipur provides 612 seats in its M.Tech programme. These seats are provided across various specialisations in full-time or part-time mode. M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering offers the most amount and M.Tech in Embedded Systems offers the most amount of seats in the programme with 27 seats. If we compare the tuition fees of the three institutes, we will see that the starting tuition fees of the M.Tech programme in all of them is the same at INR 1.4 lakh. Therefore, candidates looking for an affordable M.Tech course in any of three institutes, can choose any one of them. The highest tuition fees is INR 2.1 Lacs for MNIT Jaipur, whereas for NIT Allahabad it is INR 2.4 lakh.

Students seeking to get into the university need to meet the eligibility and selection criteria. The university conducts an entrance test (BSDU Common Admission Test) to shortlist the candidates for its BVoc programme.
