Yes, you can get saurashtra university with 70% in class 12th.this is the only eligibility criteria of them, Saurashtra University UG Eligibility CriteriaThe eligibility criteria for admission into the UG Courses is to qualify the 10+2 level examination from a recognised board.there are seeveral courses under saurashtra university in different colleges under them, it would be very difficult to give brief about them.so, chose a course you want and research on colleges website about them.
