The highest package offered during NIT Hamirpur placements 2023 wa INR 52 LPA whereas the highest package offered during BIT Mesra placements 2023 was INR 58 LPA. Now, when we compare with the BTech fees, the NIT Hamirpur BTech fees range between INR 5 Lacs- INR 6.25 Lacs whereas the BTech fees at BIT Mesra is INR 12.23 lakh.

For last year, the closing rank for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering was 86864 which is very close to this range. This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut offs keep changing year on year, it's advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the general category under All India, opening rank was 20950 and closing rank was 32291. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

The cutoff ranks 2022 for BTech in Chemical Engineering at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra other than General category are - 217974 for SC, 531239 for ST, 103798 for EWS, 2309 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

For the last year, the closing rank for BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering was 32,291 which is very close to this range. This was for the General category under the All India quota. Unless the student belongs to some other category or domicile, he/she cannot afford to score lesser than this. With the following rank, there is a good probability of getting admission. However, since the BIT Mesra cut offs keep changing year on year, it's only advisable to the students to try and score better ranks in order to increase their chances of admission at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.

The cutoff trend for BTech at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for BTech under general category for all India quota was 50326. In 2022, it increased to 65546. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 33982 to for OBC, 205752 to 193296 for SC, 273801 to 442860 for ST, 64163 to 76737 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. For 2022, Birla Institute of Technology Mesra cut off was 54,555 for General category candidates in All India quota for Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing. BIT Mesra B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant. Admission to Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. BIT Mesra Cut offs are differant when it comes to other categories, female candidates or domicile of the home state.
