Yes, the 2025 session year has commenced at NUSRL Ranchi with the release of CLAT 2025 notification. The application forms are released in Jul. As per the officials, the last date to submit the application form is Oct 15, 2024. Aspirants must submit their applications on or before the prescribed deadline. The entrance examination will be held on Dec 1, 2024.

At SNU Ranchi, Seat reservation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD and other category students is applicable as per the rule of the Central or Ranchi State Government. SNU Ranchi offers courses in various streams including Engineering, Nursing, and Law. Admission to these courses are based on merit in the last qualfying examination, while Education courses, such as BPEd requires a entrance test and other selection criterias. Yes, NUSRL Ranchi offer scholarships for its PG programme. The aspirants who fulfil the criteria prescribed by the university can apply for a scholarship scheme. NLU Ranchi offers merit and support scholarships. The merit scholarship is offered based on candidates CGPA in the first semester of the course. Additionally, the support scholarship is for candiates belonging to reserved categories.

The NUSRL Ranchi LLM cutoff list is prepared based on applicants' Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) scores. The consortium of NLUs releases the cutoff lists for counselling rounds. According to the NLU Ranchi CLAT cutoff 2024 for the Fifth Round of Allotment, the Last Round rank for the General AI category for LLM in Intellectual Property Rights was 1623. Similarly, for the OBC AI category, the Last Round was 3234.

National Law University, Ranchi select candidates for admission to its LLM programme based on merit in CLAT. The aspirants with a valid integrated law course/LLB degree passed with at least 55% aggregate can register to take the test. The application form can be filled out through the CLAT official website. After CLAT result announcement, the cutoff rank is announced. Candidates who meet the NLU Ranchi LLM CLAT cutoff have to participate in the CLAT counselling to secure a seat. After the seat allotment, selected students have to report to the university and pay the admission fee for seat confirmation.

NLU Ranchi admissions for UG and PG courses opens with CLAT registration. CLAT applications are usually open in July and go on till October. Candidates have to apply for CLAT online. There is no deadline released for PhD course. Once the applications are open, candidates can apply for PhD on the official website of NLU Ranchi.

Students wishing to apply for scholarship at NLU Ranchi can download the form from the university website. Students from whom applications are not received within the stipulated time are not considered for award of any scholarship. Students must enclose the scholarship with income certificate (duly verified by CSC) disclosing the total income of the family/ guardian of the applicant.

NLU Ranchi offers three courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels. The university offers BA LLB (Hons) at the UG and LLM at the PG level. Candidates must complete a minimum of Class 12 for UG and graduation for PG programmes. Admission to both UG and PG courses is based on CLAT score. The university is also expected to begin BBA LLB (Hons) and PG Diploma programmes in the coming session.
