You can get admission, but only if you have done any Diploma of three years. Only then, you can get admission directly in second year.

As of now, there is no hostel facility in the university. But I have heard they are going to open it soon in July. I am not sure about it. Can you kindly contact the university and confirm it? I might be wrong. So just call at their office number and confirm it, before you take any step.

Yes, there are many colleges, which offer B. Tech in Ranchi. Top most colleges are BIT MESRA, NIFFT, Ranchi University, and CIT. You can choose one of them according to your comfort.

Both are good management institutes in India but ROI and placement wise XISS is better than BIMTECH.
