Average package for different courses are :-
RM- Rs 5 lakhs,
HRM- Rs 7 lakhs,
Finance- Rs 4.5 lakhs,
Marketing- Rs 4.5 lakhs and
IT- Rs 4 lakhs.

Since your score is very good, you can actually target much better colleges than XISS.

Welingkar - Mumbai would be the best option followed by XIME and PUMBA. I would suggest you to keep XISS and IFIM as a backup.

It depends on what your definition of better is. If you are talking only in terms of placement, XIME is a better option.

Both are good for pursuing PGDM courses depending on the choice of course in which you have your interest. BIMTECH offers PGDM in IBM, retail and IB. While XISS offers PGDM in HR, rural, marketing, finance and IT.
