It's purely based on NEET UG scores, and further counseling is done by the Haryana State Government. Candidates for MD/MS postgraduate courses need to pass NEET PG. The institute follows a highly merit-based admission process, and there is no single direct entry option to the medical programs. Even if management quota seats are available, these too need NEET qualification.

Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, RohtakAge: The candidate must be above 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of the admission year.Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects.Minimum Marks: Minimum aggregate is 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology for general candidates. For SC/ST/OBC candidates, 40% aggregate marks.Entrance Test: It is through the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test).
