The best companies visit the campus for interview and shortlist the candidate as per the company standards. Brands like Adani, Birla group, Reliance, ONGC and other companies come for placements. Students from the batch of metallurgical engineering like Jindal Powers and other companies offer an average of 25 Lacs to the candidates. Overall career development is done. Reliance Power, ONGC, Jindal, Adani, Birla, NTPC, etc. Are major recruiting agencies for the metallurgical branch. Rest, there are automotive companies visiting.

IIT ranks 9 in the list of top colleges of India. Indian Institute of Technology- Roorkee offers many courses out of which Computer Science engineering is one of the courses which offers about 100 seats to students. IIT-Roorkee is known for its great infrastructure faculty with 5 to 10 years of experience and they are very knowledgeable and facilities like Wi-Fi, Sports Complex and labs with better equipment and machines. The cut-off marks for IIT Roorkee MBA programme is based on the CAT percentile score, but the final admission is determined by the following: CAT Score, Academic Performance, GD and PI score, and Professional Experience. IIT Roorkee MBA cut off is decided by the IIT Roorkee admission committee separately for each year.
